Refund policy
It is the buyer's responsibility to check any personalisation is correct upon purchasing an item. I will work from instructions entered at checkout.
I cannot accept returns for personalised items or earrings unless they are faulty.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase upon delivery, please inform me within 14 days of receipt.
The item(s) must be returned unused and in a saleable condition within 30 days of receiving.
As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches me, I recommend all returns should be sent using a method that insures you for the value of the item, such as Royal Mail Signed for or Guaranteed delivery.
The buyer pays postage for returned items unless the item is faulty.
A refund will be paid after receipt of the returned item(s).
